You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team will guide you through the entire process.

Return costs
- For defective or incorrect products: No costs are charged to the customer. This applies if the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged by the carrier, or is otherwise defective.
- For returns due to cancellation (change of mind): The customer pays the actual return shipping costs. This applies if the customer ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or is no longer desired. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return an item
- Contact us: Send an email to cs@myhousemyhome.eu with your order number and the reason for return.
- Repack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Send it back: Send your return according to the instructions in your return authorization email. You can use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
