Warranty & Returns Policy

Craftsmanship Warranty

All My House My Home jewelry is handcrafted in our Belgian atelier using natural gemstones and quality materials. We stand behind our work with a 6-month warranty from date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects including:

• Faulty clasps or closures
• Loose stone settings
• Breakage of components under normal wear

Not covered by warranty:

• Damage from improper care or storage
• Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals
• Physical impact or excessive force
• Natural metal patina or oxidation
• General wear from daily use
• Lost or misplaced items

To make a warranty claim, contact us within 6 months with photos and your order number. We'll repair or replace defective pieces at no charge.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 

Return conditions:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Contact us before returning to receive return instructions
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)

 

Non-returnable items:

• Made-to-order or custom pieces (unless defective)
• Items showing signs of wear
• Pieces returned after 14 days

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry beautiful:

• Remove before: Swimming, showering, exercising, applying cosmetics or perfume
• Avoid: Water, harsh chemicals, chlorine, saltwater
• Store: In a dry place, preferably in the provided pouch
• Clean: Gently with the included soft polishing cloth

Please note: Our pieces feature gold-plated and gold-filled components (not solid gold). With proper care, they will maintain their beauty, but may develop natural patina over time.
